Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of PHOENIX AUTOPILOT, a desktop automation tool operated by an individual developer in France.

1. Purpose

PHOENIX AUTOPILOT assists authorized creators with the preparation of original educational short-form videos, including research organization, narration, editing, subtitles, credits and publication metadata.

2. Human approval

The tool is designed to require explicit human approval before a final publication job is created. The user remains responsible for reviewing each video, title, description, credit and disclosure before publication.

3. Authorized accounts only

Users may connect and publish only to accounts they own or are expressly authorized to manage. Circumventing platform permissions, security controls or account ownership requirements is prohibited.

4. User responsibilities

5. Prohibited use

The tool must not be used for unlawful content, impersonation, spam, deceptive engagement, unauthorized account access, malicious automation or publication that violates a connected platform's policies.

6. Availability and changes

PHOENIX AUTOPILOT is provided as an evolving tool. Features may change, pause or stop when third-party APIs, platform rules, credentials or local dependencies change.

7. No warranty

The tool is provided on an “as is” basis. No guarantee is made that every generated item, upload or platform integration will be uninterrupted, error-free or approved by a third-party platform.

8. Limitation of responsibility

The user retains final control over publication and is responsible for the content they approve. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect losses caused by platform outages, account restrictions, rejected app reviews or user-approved publications.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
