Effective 5 August 2026

Privacy Policy

PHOENIX AUTOPILOT is designed as a local desktop tool. Its production files and platform credentials are stored on the authorized user's computer unless the user deliberately transfers them elsewhere.

1. Data processed

The tool may process the following information when required for its functions:

2. Purpose of processing

This information is used only to authenticate the authorized account, prepare content, verify the production pipeline, upload approved media and report the result of a publication job.

3. Storage

Credentials and production data are stored locally on the user's device. The current project does not operate a central database that collects OAuth tokens from users.

4. Third-party platforms

When the user connects YouTube, TikTok or another platform, that platform processes data under its own privacy policy and API terms. PHOENIX sends only the data necessary for the action expressly authorized by the user.

5. Sharing and sale

Personal data is not sold. PHOENIX AUTOPILOT does not use account data for advertising, profiling or unrelated marketing.

6. Retention and deletion

Local files remain until the user deletes them. The user may revoke platform access through the relevant account security settings and delete the local token files. Revocation may prevent future automated uploads.

7. Security

Users should protect their computer account, keep secret files outside public repositories and never publish OAuth client secrets or tokens. No technical system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Website hosting

This informational website is hosted through GitHub Pages. GitHub may process standard technical request data, such as IP addresses and browser information, under GitHub's own privacy practices. This site does not include advertising trackers or custom analytics.

9. Children

PHOENIX AUTOPILOT is not directed to children and is intended for account owners or authorized creators capable of managing connected social accounts.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated when the tool, connected platforms or data practices change. The effective date shown above will be updated.

11. Contact

Privacy questions and deletion requests may be submitted through: GitHub Issues .
